In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für ein eingespieltes Softwareentwicklungsteam und gestalten moderne Anwendungen, Architekturen und Entwicklungsprozesse aktiv mit. Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines fünfköpfigen Entwicklungsteams sowie eines Auszubildenden Gezielte fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden Mitgestaltung moderner Softwarearchitekturen und skalierbarer Anwendungen unter Berücksichtigung von Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Technische Begleitung webbasierter Lösungen mit TypeScript, Vue.js, ASP.NET Core und C# Koordination und Steuerung von Software-Releases Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Anwendungen und der Softwarelandschaft Unterstützung des Teams bei technischen und architektonischen Entscheidungen Etablierung und Überwachung einheitlicher Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsstandards Förderung einer konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Entwicklungsprozesse Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, beispielsweise a…
