As our Accounts Payable Accountant, you own our financial obligations to suppliers and service providers from start to finish. You work side-by-side with our Finance crew, internal teams, and external vendors – making sure every invoice and payment moves smoothly. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you keep our books balanced and ensure our partners trust how we operate. Your daily work gives Robin Radar the solid foundation needed to build world-class radar technology. What you'll do Invoice processing and vendor onboarding: Set up new vendors in our ERP system and review incoming goods and services. Verify and process supplier invoices with precision under our P2P guidelines. Ensure full documentation and approvals are in place before payment. Payment execution and expense handling: Prepare and submit electronic transfers strictly on schedule. Review and process colleague expense reports against company policies.
