As our Jr. Business Controller, you bring data to life and turn financial insights into smart operational decisions. You work closely with your team and colleagues across the business to build accurate forecasts, spot trends, and guide our strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Controlling, your sharp financial eye gives our management crew the clarity they need to keep Robin Radar moving forward. What you'll do Financial forecasting and analysis: Collate, analyze, and interpret financial data using preset tools and methods. Drive our budget forecasting and closing processes to keep our growth plans on track. Reporting and dashboarding: Deliver clear management analytics, periodic reports, and visual dashboards. Give leaders across the organization the visibility they need for confident operational oversight. Variance and trend analysis: Run variance analysis to track operational performance.
