WAT GA JE DOEN? Account Business Reviews (ABR’s) vormen de rode draad in de gesprekken tussen onze accountmanagers en klanten. Tijdens deze periodieke meetings staan de samenwerking, prestaties, aandachtspunten, kansen en gezamenlijke vervolgstappen centraal. De voorbereiding kost nu veel tijd, omdat relevante informatie uit verschillende systemen en bronnen handmatig moet worden verzameld en samengevoegd. Jouw uitdaging is om te onderzoeken hoe informatie uit verschillende systemen binnen een veilige en gecontroleerde omgeving automatisch kan worden samengebracht en verwerkt tot een professioneel ABR-rapport. AI helpt bij het structureren, samenvatten en formuleren van relevante inzichten, aanbevelingen en onderwerpen voor het komende gesprek. Zo help je accountmanagers om beter voorbereid en met meer focus aan tafel te zitten. Ook na de meeting speelt AI een belangrijke rol. Je onderzoekt hoe gesprekken efficiënt kunnen worden samengevat, hoe besluiten en actiepunten worden vastgelegd en hoe de gemaakte afspraken terugkomen in het rapport of in een bevestiging aan de klant.
