Hoe kun jij bijdragen? Wil jij tijdens je stage direct bijdragen aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving binnen een technische productieorganisatie? Bij NX Filtration krijg je de kans om onze huidige Risico-Inventarisatie & Evaluatie (RI&E) kritisch onder de loep te nemen en te onderzoeken in hoeverre deze nog aansluit op de dagelijkse praktijk. Onze organisatie, werkzaamheden en processen zijn continu in ontwikkeling. Dat betekent dat ook arbeidsrisico's kunnen veranderen. Tijdens deze stage voer jij daarom een onafhankelijke review uit van de bestaande RI&E en het bijbehorende Plan van Aanpak. Je blijft daarbij niet achter je bureau zitten. Je gaat de werkvloer op, voert veiligheidsrondes uit, spreekt met medewerkers en leidinggevenden en analyseert onder andere incidenten, near misses, hazard reports, werkplekinspecties en andere beschikbare veiligheidsinformatie. Je onderzoekt verschillende werkomgevingen binnen NX Filtration, waaronder productie, logistiek, maintenance & facilities, laboratorium/QC en kantoor.
