Dafür suchen wir eine*n Senior Bilanzbuchhalter*in, die oder der fundiertes Buchhaltungs-Know-how mit echter Begeisterung für agentische Workflows verbindet und mit uns Strukturen, Prozesse und Kontrollen für ein skalierbares Finance aufbaut. Du übernimmst zunächst eigenverantwortlich das operative Tagesgeschäft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem dreiköpfigen Finance-Team. Mittelfristig verschiebt sich dein Fokus vom Buchen zum Orchestrieren: KI-Agenten übernehmen Belegverarbeitung, Kontierung und Abstimmungen, du definierst die Regeln, überwachst die Ergebnisse und verantwortest Qualität und Compliance als Human in the Loop.
