Taken Maak het verschil als Vestigingsmanager Als Vestigingsmanager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor het succes van jouw Lyceo-vestiging. Dankzij jouw inzet krijgen leerlingen de begeleiding die hen helpt effectiever te leren, meer zelfvertrouwen te ontwikkelen en betere resultaten te behalen. Je runt jouw eigen vestiging als een ondernemer binnen de organisatie. Daarbij stuur je een team van studentbegeleiders aan, onderhoud je contact met ouders en scholen en zorg je ervoor dat de vestiging kwalitatief én organisatorisch optimaal presteert. Je bent dagelijks zichtbaar aanwezig, signaleert kansen in de regio en bouwt aan duurzame samenwerkingen met scholen en ouders.
