Les créations sont conçues et fabriquées en France à la commande et proposées dans une vaste sélection de pierres et de métaux précieux. La marque se distingue par une expérience client personnalisée, un modèle largement digital, une distribution 100% intégrée, et des prix toujours respectueux. Plus de la moitié des ventes sont réalisées sur le site internet Gemmyo et 50% à travers les 9 boutiques de la marque, situées à Paris (2 boutiques), Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Genève, Bruxelles et Tokyo. La Maison est également présente via une Résidence (boutique éphémère) à Zurich depuis juillet 2024. La Maison d’une centaine de collaborateurs est aujourd’hui référente pour une clientèle francophone exigeante.
