Über uns Phullcutz ist ein Online-Shop für Barber- und Friseurbedarf mit eigenen Marken. Unsere Videos erreichen über 2 Mio. Views im Monat auf TikTok, Instagram und YouTube. Wir wollen mehr. Dafür suchen wir die Person, die unsere Video-Maschine baut und am Laufen hält. Deine Woche Drehen: 1–2 Drehs pro Woche mit Leon, unserem Gründer, je ein paar Stunden. Du filmst, führst Regie und holst die besten Takes. Schneiden: Du schneidest Shorts und Longs selbst, mit KI-Tools. Schnell und gut, nicht perfekt und langsam. Planen und posten: Du machst den Content-Plan für TikTok, Instagram, YouTube und Facebook. Du schreibst Captions und veröffentlichst. Analysieren: Was funktioniert, machst du öfter. Jede Woche gibt es einen kurzen Recap. Ideen und Skripte: Du entwickelst Hooks und Formate. Ideen findest du auch in Kundenfragen. Influencer: Du findest Creator, schreibst sie an und betreust die Kooperationen. Shop und Marketing: Dein Content landet auch im Online-Shop, im Newsletter und in den Ads.
