Description
Location: Germany – Hybrid / Remote We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager Europe to lead our European finance operations and play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and processes. You will manage and develop the European finance team, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. The German entity acts like the holding company for the group on financing, shareholder and cash matters. In this leadership position, you will oversee accounting, consolidation, reporting, and Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, business partnering, and performance analysis, while driving continuous improvement and automation across our international finance function.
