Du kennst den Praxisalltag in- und auswendig und weißt, wo es hakt? Dann hilf uns, das zu ändern, für hunderte Praxen statt nur für eine. Roger ist die Plattform, die Zahnarztpraxen digital aufräumt: Terminerinnerungen, WhatsApp-Kommunikation, Recall, HKP-Versand, Anamnesebögen. Dazu kommen Services wie ZMV und Rezeption. Unser Ziel: Praxisteams sollen sich um Patient:innen kümmern können statt um Papierkram. Du hast selbst am Empfang gestanden, Recalls abtelefoniert oder HKPs hinterhergejagt? Dann weißt du genau, wie viel Zeit dabei verloren geht. Bei uns machst du aus dieser Erfahrung deinen Beruf. Als Onboarding Specialist begleitest du Praxen auf ihrem Weg in die Digitalisierung und zeigst ihnen, wie entspannt der Alltag sein kann. Das erwartet dich Praxen erfolgreich starten lassen: Du führst neue Kund:innen Schritt für Schritt durch die Einrichtung von Roger, schulst Praxisteams und sorgst dafür, dass alles von Anfang an läuft. Auf Augenhöhe beraten: Du sprichst die Sprache der Praxis. Du verstehst Abläufe, Sorgen und Prioritäten und findest gemeinsam mit dem Team die passende Lösung.
