Taken Als Accountmanager bij Working Talent ben jij de verbindende factor tussen onze opdrachtgevers en veelbelovende IT-professionals. Je weet precies hoe je duurzame relaties opbouwt en onderhoudt, kansen herkent en de juiste match maakt tussen klant en kandidaat. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Het beheren en verder ontwikkelen van relaties met onze top 200 klanten Het signaleren van commerciële kansen en het opzetten van nieuwe samenwerkingen Het matchen van IT-trainees en -professionals met passende opdrachten bij jouw klanten Het begeleiden en coachen van trainees en professionals, bijvoorbeeld tijdens sollicitaties en evaluatiemomenten Waar ga je aan de slag?
