Rattaché(e) au Responsable Comptable & ADV, vous venez en appui et participez au bon fonctionnement du service crédit client dans son activité globale. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes : · Saisie des encaissements et lettrages, · Gestion des créances, · Suivi des encours clients en liaison avec les commerciaux, · Relance des clients (téléphone, courrier, mail, etc.), · Suivi du Délai Moyen de Paiement (DSO), · Mise en œuvre de la procédure de recouvrement des factures impayées, · Alerte et report…
