Taken Maak het verschil als Resource Manager in Leiden Als Resource Manager zorg je ervoor dat Lyceo nu en in de toekomst beschikt over de juiste begeleiders om scholen en leerlingen tijdig te ondersteunen. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor hun beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en inzetbaarheid. Je maakt deel uit van het MT en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie van Lyceo. Met ondersteuning van het datateam bepaal je welke begeleiders waar en wanneer nodig zijn. Op basis daarvan laat je gerichte recruitmentacties uitvoeren en geef je richting aan selectie, matching en onboarding. Met KPI’s bewaak je de instroom, retentie, vervulling en doorlooptijden en stuur je gericht bij.
