RIZM helps Europe's largest industrial companies – together around 2% of Europe's total energy demand – make their energy decisions with AI. Our agent RIZMO works as a digital colleague. But the most important colleagues are the ones we haven't found yet. That's your job. We're about 15 people today and growing fast. There is no recruiting playbook yet, no big HR department and no "that's how we've always done it". You'll write the playbook. Not as application admin, but as the person who shapes who RIZM becomes. 02 · Hi, we're Diana and Josh – we'll be working together I'm Diana, 20, I study civil engineering in Münster and I currently run recruiting at RIZM on my own, 20 hours a week.
