Deze HR functie combineert inhoudelijk advies met coördinatie en verantwoordelijkheid. Als HR adviseur Onderwijs bij Lyceo krijg je de ruimte om inhoudelijk impact te maken én een bredere rol binnen het team te pakken. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden, begeleidt verzuimtrajecten, verbetert HR processen en coördineert de werkzaamheden binnen het team HR en Salaris. Een veelzijdige volgende stap voor een ervaren HR professional die inhoudelijk sterk is en al ervaring heeft met het begeleiden, coördineren of aansturen van collega's. Taken Als HR adviseur Onderwijs ondersteun je leidinggevenden bij personele vraagstukken, begeleid je verzuimtrajecten en denk je mee over beleid en organisatieontwikkeling. Tegelijkertijd zorg je voor overzicht en samenhang binnen het team HR en Salaris. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden binnen het team en bent verantwoordelijk voor recruitment, waarbij je ook de recruiter begeleidt en aanstuurt. Je blijft nadrukkelijk zelf actief in de dagelijkse HR praktijk. De ene dag begeleid je een leidinggevende bij een complex verzuimdossier, de andere dag stem je prioriteiten binnen het team af, bespreek je de voortgang van recruitment of werk je aan nieuw HR belei…
