Growth Marketing Lead (f/m/d) Deine Rolle Als Growth Marketing Lead (f/m/d) bist du der operative Taktgeber unserer Wachstumsmaschine: Du implementierst, steuerst und optimierst unsere wachstumsorientierten Marketingmaßnahmen kanalübergreifend und arbeitest Marketing-Roadmap und Kampagnenstrategie gemeinsam mit unseren Growth Managern aus. Du führst das Performance Marketing Team und verantwortest Budgets, Kanalstrategie sowie unser CRM- und Lifecycle-Marketing. Dein Verantwortungsbereich ist bewusst breit angelegt: Neben Performance und CRM gehören Partnerschaften und externe Dienstleister dazu, perspektivisch können weitere Marketingthemen wie Events hinzukommen. Aus Erfahrung weißt du genau, wie Performance Marketing wirklich funktioniert, und hinterfragst und steuerst interne Teams, Agenturen und Partner auf Augenhöhe. Was machst du konkret? Growth Marketing & Kanalsteuerung Du verantwortest CAC, Payback-Periode und den Umsatzbeitrag des Marketings, steuerst Kanäle und Kampagnen gegen diese Zielgrößen und speist deine laufende Bewertung von Kohorten und Retention als Kundenqualität in die Akquisitionsentscheidung zurück.
