Über Probatix Probatix bietet Labordiagnostik als Service an: Unsere Partner – digitale Gesundheitsprogramme, Telemedizin-Anbieter, Health Apps, Krankenversicherungen und Arztpraxen – bieten ihren Kunden Heimtests unter eigener Marke an. Wir liefern alles dahinter: Testkits, Partnerlabore, Logistik, Plattform und Support. Dabei sind wir selbst Hersteller unserer Testkits. Vom Auftrag über die Konfektionierung und den Versand bis zum Befund im Portal bilden wir den gesamten Prozess ab – in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz, mit Standorten in Berlin und Steinhausen (CH). Als Mitarbeiter Kundenservice & Manufacturing arbeitest du direkt mit unserer Head of Operations zusammen und bist an der Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, Partnern und der Kit-Produktion tätig. Deine Aufgaben Kundenservice Du beantwortest Anfragen von Endkunden und Partnern per Chat und E-Mail – zu Testkits, Probenentnahme, Versand und Ergebnisabruf. Du bearbeitest Ersatzkit-Anfragen, Retouren und Reklamationen und dokumentierst sie nach den Vorgaben unseres Qualitätsmanagements.
