Du suchst eine Werkstudentenstelle, in der Du echte Verantwortung übernimmst statt nur zuzuarbeiten? Bei uns bist Du vom ersten Tag an mittendrin: nah an unseren Kunden, nah an unseren Partnern und nah am Business. Werde Teil eines Weltklasse-Teams in unserem Berliner Büro mit office-first culture! Aufgaben Unterstützung des Teams bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -problemen per E-Mail und Telefon. Pflege und Aktualisierung von Partnerprofilen in unserem System zur Sicherstellung der besten Darstellung auf unserem Marktplatz. Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von internen Prozessen zur Verbesserung des Kunden- und Partnererlebnisses.
