Unsere Produkte verkaufen wir erfolgreich über Amazon sowie unseren eigenen Onlineshop. Als schnell wachsende E-Commerce-Marke arbeiten wir kontinuierlich daran, unsere Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und Kompetenzen intern aufzubauen. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf dem Aufbau unseres Inhouse-Grafikbereichs sowie der Entwicklung moderner, KI-gestützter Creative-Prozesse. Aufgaben WARUM DIESE ROLLE Du bestimmst, was gebaut wird: Angles, Hooks, Konzepte, Funnel-Logik – du entscheidest, welche Creatives entstehen und warum. Das Grafikteam setzt um, was du konzipierst. Direkter Hebel auf Umsatz: Deine Konzepte laufen auf Meta und weiteren Paid-Kanälen, auf Landingpages und im Shop. Was du testest, siehst du in ROAS, CTR und Conversion Rate – nicht in Quartalsberichten. Führung mit Substanz: Du leitest ein Grafikteam, das Video und Statics in-house produziert, und gestaltest, wie dieses Team arbeitet, wächst und besser wird.
