Description
Du übernimmst die IT-Leitung bei einem unserer Klinikkunden und gestaltest sie langfristig. Vom ersten Tag an, mit voller Verantwortung. Actura übernimmt operative Führungsfunktionen in Krankenhäusern und Reha-Kliniken. Unser Anspruch: Umsetzung statt Beratung. Dafür suchen wir erfahrene IT-Führungskräfte, die bei unseren Kunden die IT-Leitung übernehmen und dauerhaft Teil der Klinik werden. Der Einstieg erfolgt oft in einer besonderen Lage: eine unbesetzte IT-Leitung, die Neuaufstellung nach einem Cyberangriff, die Vorbereitung auf NIS2- und KRITIS-Prüfungen, ein KIS-Wechsel oder die Integration nach einem Trägerwechsel. Du schaffst Klarheit, führst das Team und baust eine IT auf, die dauerhaft trägt. Dein Job: Führen, wo es zählt. Du übernimmst als IT-Leitung die Verantwortung für IT-Betrieb, Team, Budget und Dienstleister beim Kunden Du verschaffst Dir in den ersten Wochen ein klares Lagebild und entwickelst mit der Geschäftsführung eine IT-Strategie mit belastbarem Maßnahmenplan Du führst und entwickelst das interne IT-Team, steuerst externe Partner und ordnest Verträge und Leistungen neu, wo es nötig ist Du verantwortest Informationssicherheit und Compliance: ISMS, NIS2, KR…
