Rund 10 Power-BI-Expertinnen und -Experten bauen Reporting, das Geschäftsführer und CFOs wirklich nutzen. Unser Prinzip: Wir sind der Sherpa. Wir arbeiten remote-first, deutschlandweit, und treffen uns dreimal im Jahr zur Workation. Worum es geht Du bist die feste Ansprechperson für deine Kunden, vom Kickoff bis zur Verlängerung. Du machst sichtbar, was unsere Power-BI-Arbeit in den Zahlen des Kunden verändert, und steuerst die Umsetzung mit Entwicklern und Freelancern. In deiner Verantwortung liegen rund 10 bis 12 Kunden. Deine Aufgaben Du führst die Kundenbeziehungen, kennst Ziele und Kennzahlen deiner Kunden und hältst ihr Feedback in ClickUp fest. Du benennst die Veränderung in den Zahlen des Kunden, nicht die gelieferten Dashboards. Mit jedem Kunden führst du pro Quartal ein Strategie- und Roadmap-Gespräch: Zufriedenheit, Erfolge, Zielbild für zwei Jahre, Roadmap. Verlängerungen gehst du aktiv und rechtzeitig vor Vertragsende an. Aus der Roadmap entwickelst du Folgeprojekte.
