Das erwartet Sie: Sicherstellung einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung und Gewährleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams sowie Sicherstellung einer klaren Aufgabenverteilung, verbindlicher Kommunikation und konsequenter Nachverfolgung von Vereinbarungen Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse und Strukturen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Eigenverantwortung und Servicequalität sowie bedarfsgerechte Anpassung an Kunden- und Marktanforderungen Bewertung und Interpretation von Untersuchungsergebnissen insbesondere in den Bereichen Hygiene und Mikrobiologie sowie Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen Fachliche Beratung der Kunden zu betrieblichen Hygieneanforderungen und Unterstützung bei der nachhaltigen Optimierung von Hygienestandards Steuerung der operativen Wirtschaftlichkeit anhand relevanter Kennzahlen sowie vorausschauende Kapazitäts- und Einsatzplanung Sicherstellung effizienter und reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitäts-, Kunden- und Unternehmensanforderungen Das sollten Sie mitbringen: Fachkompetenz in Hygiene, Qualitätssicherung und Mikrobiologie Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit ausgep…
