Für unseren Kunden, ein spezialisiertes Unternehmen im Bereich Flächenmanagement und erneuerbare Energien, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Managing Director (w/m/d) am Standort 77652 Offenburg oder 73760 Ostfildern. Das erwartet Sie: Verantwortung der fachlichen, wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Flächenagentur gemeinsam mit einem weiteren Geschäftsführer Fachliche, personelle und operative Führung des 30-köpfigen Teams Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsbereiche Ökokonto, Kompensation, Landschafts- und Umweltplanung Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder, Leistungen und Kooperationen sowie Positionierung des Unternehmens in einem dynamischen Marktumfeld Finanz-, Liquiditäts- und Ressourcenplanung Beratung von Vorhabenträgern, Flächeneigentümern, Landnutzern und weiteren Partnern sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Kommunen und Behörden Akquise neuer Projekte und Kooperationsmöglichkeiten Weiterentwicklung einer leistungsfähigen Organisationsstruktur Qualitätssicherung bei Fachgutachten, Planungen und Projektumsetzungen sowie Präsentation der Ergebnisse bei z.
