As a TDM, you’ll be the driving force behind user adoption, product enablement, and value realisation, ensuring overall customer success. You’ll be our customers’ champion, serving as their day-to-day relationship manager, conducting regular check-ins, and helping their end users consistently translate product insights into operational value.<br><br>Internally, you’ll articulate recurring customer needs and pain points to the business, wrangle cross-functional engineering and product teams to deliver on planned deliverables for your user base, and develop account strategies to strengthen our ongoing partnership with customers.
