Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen IT-Support-Techniker (m/w/d). Aufgaben Bearbeitung, Priorisierung und Bewertung eingehender IT-Tickets im Bereich End User Computing Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen in Microsoft-365- und Windows-Umgebungen Troubleshooting in den Bereichen Netzwerk, IT-Infrastruktur und Virtualisierung, insbesondere VMware Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem Freshservice Beratung zu technischen Fragestellungen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren IT-Spezialisten bei komplexen Störungen Qualifikation Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich End User Computing und IT-Support Gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Microsoft-365-Umgebungen Grundkenntnisse in Windows-Server-Infrastrukturen Praxiserfahrung mit Virtualisierung, idealerweise VMware Gutes Verständnis von Netzwerken und IT-Infrastrukturen Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Benefits Persönliche Zusatzleistungen, flexibel auf deine Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten – z.
