Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Marketing und HR/Talent Acquisition: Du machst über Social Recruiting und unsere Karriereprofile sichtbar, wie es ist, bei der Eberhardt Service Group zu arbeiten, und unterstützt dabei, unsere Kultur nach innen und außen erlebbar zu machen. Echte Projekte, sichtbare Wirkung und deine Handschrift auf einer wachsenden Arbeitgebermarke, die gerade entsteht. Das erwartet dich: Brand-Relaunch Du unterstützt den Brand-Relaunch aus Employer-Branding-Perspektive und sorgst gemeinsam mit Marketing und HR/Talent Acquisition dafür, dass Positionierung, Arbeitgeberversprechen und Kommunikationsmittel konsistent sichtbar werden. Content & Social Media Du erstellst Employer-Branding-Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook und XING) in Text, Bild und Video. Dabei stimmst du Inhalte und Freigaben mit HR/Talent Acquisition, den Fachbereichen und den porträtierten Mitarbeitenden ab.
