Ihre AufgabenBei NYALA begleitest Du die Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots von juristischer Seite. Du lernst, regulatorische Anforderungen umzusetzen sowie zu diesen mit den Aufsichtsbehörden zu kommunizieren. Dabei wendest Du den bestehenden Rechtsrahmen aus eWpG, eWpRV, KWG und GwG an, entwickelst unsere Produkte in diesem weiter, begleitest mit uns aktuelle Entwicklungen bei der Gesetzgebung und nimmst über Stellungnahmen und Konsultationen aktiv Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung der Gesetzgebung zur Blockchain-Technologie. Du hast damit nicht nur die Möglichkeit, die geltenden Regelungen auf konkrete Sachverhalte im Unternehmen anzuwenden (und das anders als in der Kanzlei umfassend und gestaltend, nicht nur im Rahmen eines beschränkten Beratungsauftrags), sondern auch zukünftige Entwicklungen aktiv mitzugestalten. Im operativen Tagesgeschäft arbeitest du direkt dem Geldwäsche-, Compliance- und Risikobeauftragten zu, bereitest Sachverhalte entscheidungsreif auf und hältst Fristen, Maßnahmen und Wiedervorlagen nach.
