Unsere Software vereinfacht komplexe Personaleinsatzplanung, senkt Kosten und bindet Mitarbeitende aktiv mit ein. Wir arbeiten mit namhaften Industrie-Playern wie B. Braun, Siemens Energy und Haribo und haben das Ziel, Marktführer im DACH-Raum zu werden. Was du bei uns machst:Zielkunden finden: Du identifizierst Unternehmen, für die unsere Software einen echten Unterschied macht, und findest heraus, wer dort die richtigen Ansprechpartner:innen sind. Potentielle Kunden ansprechen: Telefon, LinkedIn, E-Mail – du entwickelst eigene Ansprachen, statt Textbausteine abzuarbeiten, und testest, was funktioniert. Erstgespräche führen: Du verstehst die Planungsprobleme deines Gegenübers und entscheidest, ob es passt.
