Über leakshield leakshield ist ein junges Legal-Tech-Start-up. Wir schützen die Inhalte einiger der größten Creator und wichtigsten Medienhäuser im deutschsprachigen Raum, darunter Papaplatte, Tomatolix und Marvin Wildhage sowie RTL, DER SPIEGEL und ProSiebenSat.1. Dafür finden wir urheberrechtsverletzende Kopien und lassen sie entfernen, ob bei Suchmaschinen, auf Social-Media-Plattformen oder bei Hostern. Wir suchen eine Person (m/w/d), die unsere Creator-Kunden im Chat betreut, Trial-Nutzer zu zahlenden Kunden macht und inaktive Kunden zurückholt. Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für mehrere hundert Kunden und arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung. Was du machst Kundenanfragen (WhatsApp, Telegram, E-Mail) beantworten – schnell, klar, zweisprachig Trial-Nutzer und Inbound-Leads aktiv ansprechen und in Bezahlpläne überführen Inaktive und ehemalige Kunden systematisch reaktivieren Kündigungsabsichten erkennen und abfangen, Upsells auf höhere Pläne anbieten Kundenstatus im CRM pflegen (Trial, aktiv, Risiko, inaktiv, reaktiviert) Unterstützung in Enterprise-Anfragen, Preisverhandlungen und rechtliche Themen an die Geschäftsführung übergeben Was du mitbringst Eingeschriebene:…
