Vos missions : Support Après avoir écarté les erreurs de manipulation ou d'installation, confirmer l'incident et effectuer rapidement un diagnostic précis. Apporter une ou plusieurs solutions au client dans les meilleurs délais. Suivre et accompagner la mise en œuvre de la résolution de l’incident. Répondre aux mails des clients (adressés à la mailing-list : ----- et mettre à jour les procédures, référentiels et documentations concernées.
