About the Role You'll be the first person a merchant contacts when something's not working. This role sits at the center of Tebi's promise to hospitality: when a restaurant reaches out, you turn a stressful moment into a solved one. You'll own the resolution end-to-end, from first reply to final fix, and your fingerprints will be on every process we build to scale support without losing the personal touch.
