Deine Aufgaben im Praktikum Ich bin Leon, selbstständiger Personalvermittler im Raum München. Ich besetze Stellen vom Handwerk bis IT, dazu Projekte im Executive Bereich. Bei mir lernst du das komplette Handwerk der Personalvermittlung von innen, nicht als Zuschauer, sondern mit eigener Verantwortung ab Woche eins. Dein Kernprojekt ist der Ausbau unserer Neukundengewinnung über persönlich adressierte Briefe an Geschäftsführer, gestartet in der Region München, inzwischen deutschlandweit im Ausbau. Ein Kanal, der bei uns nachweislich funktioniert. Konkret heißt das: Du steuerst die Firmenrecherche: Die Fleißarbeit übernimmt KI, du prüfst die Ergebnisse und entscheidest, wer angeschrieben wird. Wie das geht, zeige ich dir Du bereitest die Briefe vor, bis zum druckfertigen Dokument Du übernimmst die Nachfässe über LinkedIn und andere Kanäle und hältst nach, wer reagiert Du hältst unsere Pipeline sauber und weißt jederzeit, welche Firma wo im Prozess steht Claude, Gemini und Co sind bei uns Standardwerkzeuge, die Abos bekommst du von mir gestellt Weil du Vollzeit dabei bist, bleibt es nicht bei einem Thema.
