Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Softwareunternehmen, das innovative Lösungen für Technische Dokumentation, After-Sales und Service entwickelt. Mit einem breiten Portfolio aus modernen Cloud- und bewährten On-Premises-Lösungen begleitet das Unternehmen zahlreiche Kunden bei der industriellen Digitalisierung. Im Zuge der strategischen Weiterentwicklung und der zunehmenden Umstellung auf SaaS- und Subscription-Modelle wird das Renewal Management gezielt ausgebaut. Zur Verstärkung des Bereichs Sales Development suchen wir daher ab sofort einen Renewal Manager SaaS (m/w/d), der/die das Vertrags- und Verlängerungsmanagement eigenständig weiterentwickelt und effiziente Prozesse etabliert. Die Position ist grundsätzlich deutschlandweit remote möglich. Für das Onboarding, gemeinsame Workshops und den persönlichen Austausch sind gelegentlich planbare Treffen am Standort des HQ in Nürnberg vorgesehen.
