Director, Strategic Intelligence CreatorIQ's Strategic Services organization delivers scoped, professional-services engagements that help the world's leading brands and agencies get more from their creator investment. As Director, Strategic Intelligence, you'll lead the Strategic Intelligence and Reporting & Data teams while owning a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end to end, from scoping through analysis to customer presentation. You'll set the quality bar for everything the team delivers, serve as the first escalation point for complex analytical questions, and shape how the practice scales, turning CreatorIQ's data and our customers' own data into the measurement, insight, and recommendations behind some of the largest creator programs in the world. You'll also help shape how Strategic Intelligence scales: deciding which requests we take on, turning repeat asks into standard offerings, and building the operating rhythm that keeps the team focused, billable, and set up to grow.
