Description
Au sein du Pôle Install d'Informadis, vous êtes le maillon clé entre la préparation technique des équipements et leur mise en service sur les sites clients du réseau E.Leclerc. Vous assurez le staging, la configuration et les tests des infrastructures IT avant déploiement, en collaboration étroite avec les Chefs de Projets ou en totale autonomie sur les déploiements standards. Vos missions : Staging & configuration Paramétrage des équipements (serveurs, switchs, firewalls, postes, téléphonie) Mises à jour matérielles et logicielles (patchs de sécurité, nouvelles versions) Tests approfondis avant expédition ou dans le cadre du SAV Déploiement & support technique Déploiements autonomes de solutions IT standards Supervision à distance des installations réalisées par les partenaires locaux Support technique expert aux techniciens itinérants en cas d'incident Coordination & logistique Collaboration étroite avec les Chefs de Projets sur les déploiements d'envergure Gestion des stocks d'équipements et supervision des expéditions Respect des plannings de déploiement Documentation & amélioration continue Rédaction et mise à jour des configurations techniques (serveurs,…
