Unser Kunde baut sein SAP-Team weiter aus und sucht einen erfahrenen SAP-Spezialisten mit fundierten Kenntnissen in EWM und idealerweise TM. Sie erwartet eine vielseitige Aufgabe mit anspruchsvollen Kunden, komplexen Logistikprozessen und viel Eigenverantwortung in einem etablierten Schweizer SAP-Beratungsunternehmen. Aufgabenbereich Sie betreuen renommierte Schweizer und internationale Kunden im Second- und Third-Level-Support, analysieren Störungen und entwickeln nachhaltige Lösungen. Dabei übernehmen Sie Customizing-Aufgaben und setzen Change Requests um. Zudem beraten Sie die kundeninternen Applikationssupport-Teams und Fachbereiche bei der Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse und begleiten die Umsetzung von der Spezifikation bis zur Einführung. Auch das Service Delivery Management und die Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit gehören zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Ihre Sozialkompetenz Sie sind eine kommunikative, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt.
