SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) - Vollzeit | München | Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d)“. Aufgaben Als SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP-HCM-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt Entgeltabrechnung (PY) Zudem beraten Sie HR-Fachbereiche und Key User, analysieren fachliche Anforderungen und übernehmen das Customizing in den Modulen PA, OM und PY sowie optional PT Darüber hinaus optimieren und digitalisieren Sie HR-Prozesse, betreuen Schnittstellen und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung gesetzlicher Änderungen im Payroll-Bereich Zusätzlich stellen Sie den laufenden SAP-HCM-Betrieb sicher, bearbeiten komplexe Support-Anfragen und koordinieren Fach-, Integrations- und Regressionstests Dabei wirken Sie an nationalen und internationalen HR-IT-Projekten mit, übernehmen Projektverantwortung und begleiten die Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft in Richtung SAP SuccessFactors Qualifikation Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft…
