McLloyd est une PME technologique française spécialisée dans les solutions de tracking appliquées aux courses. Nos technologies sont notamment utilisées dans plus de 13000 courses hippiques annuelles organisées en France et à l’international. Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, notamment en Australie puis aux États-Unis, nous créons un nouveau pôle de supervision chargé d’accompagner nos clients pendant leurs opérations. Ce service a vocation à évoluer progressivement vers une couverture internationale 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7. L’équipe, constituée dans un premier temps de deux superviseurs, sera amenée à s’étoffer pour atteindre probablement quatre personnes. Nous recherchons aujourd’hui notre nouveau superviseur pour participer au lancement et à la construction de ce pôle. Vos missions Votre mission Pendant les opérations de tracking, vous serez le premier point de contact du client.
