Leads Power, c’est quoi ? Une agence dont le cœur de métier est la lead gen, avec un pôle e-commerce en plein développement. On gère de gros budgets d’investissement publicitaire, et l’entreprise est portée par des équipes talentueuses. Sur les Social Ads, la créa fait énormément. On cherche la personne qui va alimenter notre pipeline de concepts et qui ne sera jamais à court d’idées. Ton rôle Tu es la machine à idées de l’équipe. Tu trouves les concepts et les angles qui font scaler les comptes, tu les fais produire, puis tu analyses ce que ça donne. Ce poste est stratégique, pas opérationnel : tu imagines et tu pilotes, le studio exécute. Ce que tu fais au quotidien Tu épluches les ads des concurrents et des top spenders pour dénicher les concepts forts : ce qui tourne, depuis combien de temps, pourquoi ça marche Tu suis les tendances organiques (TikTok, Reels, formats, codes, sons) et tu les transformes en pubs qui convertissent Tu es force de proposition en continu : chaque semaine, de nouveaux concepts et de nouveaux angles à tester Tu alimentes le pipeline pour que les comptes ne tombent jamais en fatigue créative Tu analyses les résultats des créas que tu as fait pousser…
