Über die Position Rund 800 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter arbeiten bei SIERA an der Vision Engineering for a better tomorrow – in den Bereichen Umweltschutz und Klima, Wasser und Ökosysteme, Kreislaufwirtschaft, städtische Nachhaltigkeit und Infrastruktur sowie Impact-Technologie. Für Projekte an der Schnittstelle von Bauwesen, Immobilienentwicklung und Infrastruktur suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die komplexe Vorhaben verantwortungsvoll steuert und unsere Auftraggeber fachlich berät. Die Position verbindet Projektleitung mit Aufgaben in der Liegenschaftsentwicklung sowie im Genehmigungs- und Vergabemanagement. Deine Aufgaben Du steuerst Bau- und Liegenschaftsprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und behältst Kosten, Termine und Qualität im Blick. Du berätst Auftraggeber bei baulichen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen sowie bei der Entwicklung ihrer Liegenschaften. Du koordinierst Projektbeteiligte, Fachplanende und Behörden und sorgst für klare Abstimmungen und tragfähige Entscheidungen.
