Mit Creative Dreams arbeiten wir als starkes Team täglich mit den größten Ecom- und D2C-Brands im DACH-Raum an ihrem Performance Marketing und finden immer die größten Hebel in ihrem Creative Game. Als Meta Business Partner und TikTok Partner Agency entwickeln wir Ad Creatives, die messbar verkaufen. Unser Team ist in den letzten Monaten stark gewachsen, und genau jetzt brauchen wir jemanden, der unsere Kundenprojekte im Takt hält. Deine Rolle Als Projektmanager sorgst du dafür, dass jeder Kunde pünktlich bekommt, was vereinbart ist, und dass jeder im Team jeden Tag weiß, woran er arbeitet. Du planst Wochen und Kapazität über alle Kunden und Teams, gibst den Takt vor, holst Freigaben beim Kunden und lieferst aus. Strategie und Konzepte liegen bei Account Management und Creative Strategy. Dein Fokus ist, dass alles pünktlich und sauber läuft.
