Sie verbinden Mikrosystemtechnik, Materialwissenschaften und experimentelle Forschung, um innovative Diagnostiklösungen von der ersten Machbarkeitsstudie bis zur Überführung in die Produktion voranzubringen. Aufgaben Testträgerentwicklung: Sie bearbeiten eigenständig technische Arbeitspakete und Teilprojekte zur Entwicklung und Evaluierung neuer Testträgerformate für Point-of-Care-Anwendungen und bewerten deren technische Umsetzbarkeit Prozessentwicklung: Sie definieren, etablieren und optimieren Herstellungsverfahren für diagnostische Testsysteme Test/Versuch: Sie planen und führen experimentelle Untersuchungen zu neuen Materialien, Fertigungsansätzen und technologischen Konzepten durch Auswertung/Dokumentation: Sie werten Versuchsergebnisse aus und dokumentieren Ihre Erkenntnisse Optimierung: Sie optimieren Testträgermaterialien, Oberflächenstrukturen und Funktionalisierungen unter Berücksichtigung der Schnittstellen zur Sensorik und Messtechnik Technologierecherche: Sie führen Literatur- u…
