Über die Rolle Du gestaltest digitale Produkte für Web und Mobile, die Menschen wirklich verstehen und gern benutzen? Und du willst nicht nur Screens liefern, sondern Verantwortung für das Ergebnis übernehmen, vom ersten Nutzerinterview bis zum Release? Wir entwickeln Software für die Diagnostik, unter anderem Apps, die Schnelltests per Smartphone-Kamera auswerten, und die dazugehörigen Webportale. Als UX/UI Designer (m/w/d) mit Projektverantwortung gestaltest du diese Produkte, führst deine Designprojekte selbst und bist Ansprechperson für unsere Partner, wenn es um Nutzererlebnis geht. Deine Aufgaben UI/UX Design: Du gestaltest Web-Anwendungen (Portale, Dashboards) und Mobile Apps für Android und iOS Du führst Nutzerforschung durch und entwickelst User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypen und finale Designs Du pflegst und erweiterst unser Designsystem Du arbeitest eng mit der Entwicklung von der Idee bis zum Release zusammen Projektverantwortung und Kommunikation: Du führst deine Projekte: Ziele, Zeitplan, Abstimmung und Ergebnis Du stellst Konzepte und Designs bei Partnern vor und holst Feedback ein Du schreibst User Stories mit klaren Akzeptanzkriterien und pflegst Roadmap und P…
