Description
Als Vertriebsleitung Agrar gestaltest Du den Ein- und Verkauf des Agrarhändlers in der Region nördlicher Niederrhein aktiv mit. Du steuerst Einkauf und Vertrieb im Pflanzenbau, entwickelst Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und Kunden weiter und behältst Märkte, Preise, Mengen und Bestände im Blick. Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung und einem eingespielten Team entwickelst Du den Bereich strategisch und operativ weiter. Dieser etablierte Landhändler hat sich auf die Beratung und den Vertrieb von Pflanzenbauprodukten spezialisiert und bietet seinen Ackerbaukunden ein breites Produktangebot. Im Mittelpunkt steht die pflanzenbauliche Beratung direkt vor Ort. Gemeinsam mit dem Landwirt werden Bestände beurteilt, passende Maßnahmen besprochen und praxisnahe Lösungen entwickelt. Der Verkauf gehört dazu – im Vordergrund stehen jedoch eine langfristige Kundenbeziehung und eine fachlich fundierte Beratung. So wird eine bestmögliche Betreuung der Landwirte sichergestellt und Kundenbeziehungen gepflegt.
