Wir arbeiten direkt, persönlich und mit klaren Zielen. Bei uns bekommst Du Verantwortung, Raum für eigene Ideen und ein Team, das gemeinsam etwas bewegen möchte. Aufgaben Du steuerst den gesamten Recruitingprozess – vom ersten Briefing bis zur erfolgreichen Vermittlung. Du identifizierst passende Kandidat und begeisterst sie durch gezielte Direktansprache für unsere offenen Positionen. Du führst telefonische und virtuelle Interviews und lernst die Erfahrungen, Wünsche und Ziele Deiner Kandidatkennen. Du beurteilst die fachliche und persönliche Passung und erstellst aussagekräftige Kandidatenprofile. Du stimmst Anforderungsprofile mit unseren Kunden ab und berätst sie zur Personalauswahl.
