Diese Aufgaben warten auf Dich Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung und sichere Skalierung unserer automatisierten Financial-Operations-Prozesse voran, von Source-to-Pay bis Order-to-Cash, für Versicherungsprämien, Schäden und Provisionen. Du übernimmst den gesamten Zyklus unseres Financial Controllings: strategische und operative Planung, Forecasting sowie Actuals Reporting & Analysis. Du bereitest alle relevanten Finanz-Sichtweisen auf, darunter Cashflow und GuV, sowohl konsolidiert als auch nicht konsolidiert, und leitest daraus klare Handlungsoptionen und Empfehlungen für unser Führungsteam ab. Du kommunizierst strukturiert und professionell mit unserem strategischen Investor zur Finanz- und Geschäftsentwicklung. Du bist ein starker Sparringspartner für unseren Accounting Lead in Finanzbuchhaltung, Bilanzierung und Steuern, trägst gemeinsam mit ihm Verantwortung für den Jahresabschluss und bist erster Ansprechpartner für die Wirtschaftsprüfung sowie den Lagebericht.
