Entièrement rénové, l’établissement propose plusieurs restaurants aux univers variés dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel entre mer et pinède. Dans un contexte de développement et de structuration de nos activités, nous renforçons nos fonctions supports et créons un poste de stagiaire Ressources Humaines afin d’accompagner l’évolution de notre organisation et de nos équipes. Rattaché(e) directement à la Responsable Administrative et Financière, vous participerez à la structuration de la fonction RH de l’établissement, depuis les besoins en recrutement jusqu’au suivi administratif des collaborateurs tout au long de leur parcours au sein de l’entreprise. VOS MISSIONS 1 – Anticipation des besoins en ressources humaines et recrutement Vous contribuerez à anticiper les besoins en personnel et à accompagner les recrutements, en lien avec la Responsable Administrative et Financière et le management.
