Unsere Software schafft Transparenz, reduziert Schwund und macht kostspielige Neukäufe vielfach überflüssig. Kunden wie Nagel-Group, DACHSER und TEDi sehen die Ergebnisse – in ihrer Bilanz und ihrem CO₂-Fußabdruck. Aufgaben Recruiting: Du steuerst den Recruiting-Prozess von der Stellenausschreibung über Sourcing und Interviews bis zum Vertragsangebot. Candidate Experience: Du sorgst für eine wertschätzende Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen und stärkst unsere Arbeitgebermarke. Onboarding: Du begleitest neue Kolleg:innen vom Vertrag bis zum Ende der Einarbeitung. People Operations: Du kümmerst dich um Personaladministration, Verträge, Ein- und Austritte und pflegst unsere HR-Systeme.
