Bei Rosental Organics wächst Meta als Kanal, und du bringst ihn auf das nächste Level. Du verantwortest unsere Meta-Strategie mit klarem Fokus auf profitables Wachstum und Neukundenakquise. Du triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten und führst den Kanal eigenständig. Die Rolle hat direkten Einfluss auf unser Wachstum. Du steuerst und entwickelst unsere Meta-Strategie weiter, mit Fokus auf profitables Wachstum und Neukundenakquise. Performance- und Trendanalysen sind deine Grundlage, um strategische Entscheidungen datengetrieben abzuleiten. Planung, Setup, Ausführung und Optimierung ausgewählter Kampagnen verantwortest du selbst. Die Performance prüfst du laufend und setzt Push-, Hold- und Cut-Entscheidungen konsequent um. Reportings und Status-Updates gehören ebenfalls dazu. Budgets allokierst du effizient und skalierst bestehende wie neue Kampagnen gezielt. Account-Strukturen entwickelst du weiter, Testing-Frameworks baust du auf und setzt sie um. Gemeinsam mit den Visual Designern entwickelst du Content und Werbemittel auf Basis der Performance-Daten weiter.
